MR. YUVRAJ MALHOTRA
MR. YUVRAJ MALHOTRA is one of the main promoters of the Company and has been associated with the Company since inception. He is instrumental in development and growth of the Company. He is an Engineering graduate with specialization in Mechanical Engineering. He has 26 years’ experience in Forging Industry and looks after Marketing and the day-to-day affairs of the Company.He started his career from Mukund Iron & Steel Limited as Engineering Trainee from the year 1989 to 1991. From 1991-1993, he worked with Akai Impex Limited (Export House) as a materials Manager. From 1993-1994 he worked with Garg Forgings Pvt Limited as a Director. From 1994-1997, he worked with Viraj Forging Limited as a Vice President –Marketing. After resigning from Viraj Forging Limited, in 1997 he started his own proprietorship i.e M/s Hilton Forge by exporting Flanges and other Automobiles Part to various countries.
MR. SANDEEP SHAH
MR. SANDEEP SHAH is a Commerce Graduate, having more than 35years’ experience in corporate affairs and secretarial field. He is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
MS. NIKITA MORADIA
MS NIKITA MORADIA is a Master of Business Administration and Postgraduate in commerce faculty besides having completed NCFM (cash Segment) and GFMA STAR (BSE). She’s a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having more than 5 years’ experience in security and debt market.
MR. PRITHIVISH MUNDRA
MR. PRITHIVISH MUNDRA is a Master of Management Studies (Finance) and Bachelor of Finance Management. He’s a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having more than 4 years’ experience in investment and derivatives management/banking sector.
MR. VIVEK SHARMA
Mr. Vivek Sharma is a retired Indian Army Officer. Mr. Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in science and is a Master of Business Administration. He has profound knowledge in engineering products. He has successfully led the operation divisions of many companies.
MR. PRIYAM CHATURVEDI
Mr. Priyam Chaturvedi is a BMS Graduate and holds Diploma in Supply chain management and has expertise of more than 5 years in this field. At present, he is leading the supply chain operations of one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in India.
